U.S. & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Domestic Orders:  Free Shipping on orders of $75 or more! All orders are billed and we ship discreetly. We ship UPS - $12.25 Flat Rate Domestic Shipping. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. Expedited Shipping is $18.75 and please allow 2-3 business days for delivery. Our online orders are processed daily, Monday through Friday (except for Holidays). We do not offer Free Expedited Shipping to PO Boxes.

International Orders:  Goodful Wellness ships to many international destinations using UPS for flat rate of $59 U.S. All orders require a minimum of two business days to process before shipping. International taxes and duties must be paid by the customer upon receipt. Goodful Wellness does not calculate or collect these fees. Currently we are shipping to Europe, North, Central and South America, Australia, and major nations throughout Asia without issue. 

APO Addresses: Goodful Wellness is not able to ship to FPO and APO addresses due to rechargeable batteries containing lithium. For more information on shipping non-battery operated products please contact customer service at: contact@goodfulwellness.com

REFUNDS

Unfortunately, because of the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to return, or exchange purchased toys and products unless defective. Once the order is placed, the order is immediately processed. We cannot refund an order once it has been placed. All Goodful Wellness sales are final.

REPLACEMENT POLICY FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

At Goodful Wellness, there is nothing more important than providing you with a satisfying customer experience!

Here are step-by-step guidelines to process your return request.

  • All Goodful Wellness products qualify for a 1-year warranty for mechanical failure. This warranty is valid from the date of purchase.
  • International Replacements - Tax and duties will be paid by the receiver.
  • For hygienic reasons, please do not send us the defective product.
  • Goodful Wellness does not have additional charging ports available for resale.
  • In the case where an item is defective Goodful Wellness will replace the item if the product falls within our warranty guidelines.
  • We do not accept returns for items that were open or closed, used and/or shows signs of defects.
  • Once an item is deemed defective Goodful Wellness will replace the item.
  • Goodful Wellness does not issue a refund for a defective item.
